How are membership sites making any money with no Visa and Mastercard

last few weeks I have seen quite a number of membership sites making with no Visa and Mastercard how are they making money with out the 2 largest payment options online. Why are sites not using MC and Visa what is the logic?

I know of some who can not even pay for their hosting so my guess some of these programs can not come up with the fee for Visa and Mastercard, no name calling but I do know of a few who tell me off the board.

Some of the content might not be acceptable to the billing company when they review the site,just another possibility.

Let's say you are using CCbill how would that be possible, I can not see that happening.

Whomever they are, and to whomever else, it sounds to me like more of these 'affiliate programs' with 'paysites' should start shifting to cryptocurrency processing. Where you don't have to worry about a 'credit card processing service' with their processing fees. Is not that what pornhub has had to do as well?

What's nice about a crypto processing set-up is that you can code it yourself and pay next to nothing in transfer fees from subscribers and to affiliate pay-outs. Or, use a crypto processing service. Either way would work. Crypto debit card usage is on the rise as well. So, go figure.

You need both Visa and mastercard to get more sales, any other type of payments are secondary, my 1 cent.

I dont think crypto is wide spread enough yet. Your average porn surfer probably doesnt use crypto. Plus users feel safer using a credit card where they get some purchase protection. You cant charge back with a crypto purchase like you can on a credit card

Last time I checked, ccbill charge around $500 for using Visa which they will bill over a 6 month period. If they cant afford that then they simply shouldn't be in the business

Crypto is an ideal option, in theory. If you think you can make bank by only offering crypto as a payment option, you're in for a rude awakening. Crypto usage isn't widespread enough. It's been catching on as investment (or should I say had been) but not so much for legal commerce. Outrageous mining fees for BTC keeps bitcoin from really being suitable for lower amount transactions. Offering Crypto as a payment option is easy. There are a number of services that will let you accept various Crypto currencies by adding a simple script or plugin to your site. The fees they charge are miniscule.

Bitcoin is great for many reasons but not every body uses it, forget the high billing fees merchants have to pay for processing, forget charge backs. Users can buy anonymous memberships with no worries of their spouses finding out they paid for porn.
