Its not a wordpress site. He writes all his own html and css same as we do. He has a whole bunch of sites like https://www.pornpics.com/ , https://bustyrack.com/ , http://alloldpics.com/ etc and drives HUGE amounts of traffic.

One trick I learnt from this guy is the way he orders his thumbnails, for example this page https://www.pornpics.com/big-tits/

The trick with ordering is to get your most clickable thumbnails to the top of the page, right in the users face. So DONT order stuff by date. Your newest content is not necessarily your most clickable. Here's that same page ordered by date https://www.pornpics.com/big-tits/recent/ and you'll see what i mean

Also DONT order stuff by views or ratings as that just means your oldest content ends up at the top of the page.

Instead you order the top half of the page by trending (ie number of clicks over a set period eg a month) and lower down you order things by date or random. This gives your new content a chance to climb up the trending ladder

He does this across all his sites and it means that EVERY page is automatically optimised to drive the most clicks possible
