I am going to change my spending habits

#1

Post by vblogger » August 9th, 2022, 10:26 am

I have been thinking a lot about this for a few weeks now. I lease a new BMW 4 series every 3 years, wear the latest designer clothes and shoes, go out to clubs blow a grand on drinks. No more, I am going to lease a Toyota Corolla when my lease is up in November, stop spending $200 on tshirts and $600 on sneakers.

I am going to wear reasonable priced clothes and buy an apartment building. If I buy an 8 unit building and sit on it for 15 years I will have a serious investment that has paid itself off and I can live on the income it generates without having to work if I do not want to work.

Sacrifice the fancy stuff for 15 years and be set for life, instead of living the fancy life and having nothing in 15 years time.

That's all folks.

No need to go to that extreme, just buy your car when the lease is over keep it for a while. Who goes from a 4 series to a Corolla.

Use the one third rule I live by.

One third of my income is saved
One third is for payments
One third is for fun
Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.
