[BUSINESS] how do you value a site you want to buy
This business is not going as well as I thought, making blogs waiting for traffic is not happening, I want to buy some blogs with traffic, what do you base your price on.

it will show the status from webcams, which (with high probability) will only grow (in statistics).
However, you will have to sweat to get a new customer base...

The money it has made is a good indication for me. But I look at the expenses too.

Never bought any site over $900 and it was usually based on the domain name I wanted so I paid whatever to get it.

Price has to be based on income or else why pay $1,000 for a site making $1 a month.

I dont know how accurate this is but we were approached a year or so ago by a company who wanted to buy tacamateurs.com
Their rule of thumb to value a site was between 15 and 18 months turnover for sites doing $10k to $30k a month
Not sure how that scales up or down ? I guess big branded sites like pornhub, xhamster etc would want a lot more than that

Huh and I thought sites sell for 6-9 months income good to know.
Getting rich takes making money, saving a nickel will not make you rich if you never make the buck

I guess it depends on how long a site has been around and how much brand recognition its got
Although how you quantify that god only know lol
