We dont have a problem with that. Infact quite a few of our affiliates create their own banners if we dont have the specific size they need

They own the copyright so you should technically ask for their approval before using it.

We are totally fine with it as long as the content is not misleading and they have the rights to use it.

Seems fine to me you are using the images of a site to make sales for them what is the problem

I prefer text links in blog posts not banners so never made my own banners.

If they say no then take down your banners send your traffic to another similar program, there are more programs out there that will allow this than ones that will say no.

This is not new and any sponsor who says no is crazy, you are sending them sales what else do they want.

I wish sponsors would update their banners when their promotions end. Some have affiliate banners with payouts that do not exist any more.
