What would you do with the index page here

[TheButcher]

I need the index page, not asking on the merits of having one or nit, we have already hashed that one a few times.

The index page looks blah what would you do with it to make it more attractive. I want some format of "webmasters" to list the forum and resources directory and a separate "Surfers" to list the surfer site directory i am trying to build, and a few links.

I was using WP until yesterday just for that page and decided it was over kill to have a WP script just for an index page.

Would you list the webmasters on top and surfer below as is now, or put them side by side, I could sure use some ideas.

Peace

you can get a cookies pop-up and also an age-verification pop-up
