I injured my back in April helping my friend move, and every morning when i wake up my back hurts. Saturday night I just put a spare comforter on the floor and threw a blanket on me , I feel so much better. It might be a coincidence but I sure like it.

A hard surface is very good for your back, a soft mattress is not how I feel abut it.

I slept on the bare floor with only a sheet for a couple of weeks, another month on a light blanket. got enough sleep in 5-6 hours. But it was interesting to me from the point of view of non-binding to comfort

I used to do that, but it was at a girl's house that I went to without parents because her headboard would bang on the wall so hard that I felt bad for the neighbors. ..Then I started putting towels over it so that it wouldn't be so loud lol

What do I do if it feels like my spine and both shoulders are broken and I can't turn my head more than an inch or so before it hurts? Part of my spine is sticking out where it shouldn't be.. :/
