It is a common problem for people working online a lot and using a mouse. My sister has had it for years. It is not life threatening just very uncomfortable if that helps.

You should try avoid surgery as much as you can, that is always a last resort. My cousin had it 4 yars ago and they had to redo the surgery, she was in a lot of pain. Good luck boner.

Look at getting a mouse and keyboard which will be less strain on your list, that is the first thing. And how you place your wrist on the deask top, read up on it.

Two friends have it and one went thru surgery, still the same pain so not sure if surgery helps every one.

That is more painful than the condition, I took my mother for a cortisone shot in her shoulder, she was yelling as the doctor was injecting her, you will never have me get that shot no matter what pain i am suffering from.Franksdomains wrote: ↑February 28th, 2021, 12:30 pmIt's painful my father has it, he gets cortisone shots twice a year in his wrist, that hurts like bitch.
