I only fear my anxiety attacks, when they start I am in full panic mode for the 1st 20 minutes.

Nothing has worked for me and anxiety attacks

I have some irrational phobias. One of them is worms. When I'm gone I want to be cremated. It would really suck if someone stuck me in the ground and I would end up feeding worms :shock:
