As my lawyer always says, I was born busy with stress. I remember when the Lexus LS400 came out in 1990 one day he called me up saying come over I want to take you to lunch in my bedroom. I was like what is going on has he suddenly turned gay on me or what, so I went to his office and he said ready for lunch, I said sure. We went down to the parking and he said this is my bedroom on wheels. I said what is, he said this peral white Lexus LS400. It really was a nice ride.
Lunch wasn't bad either, but I got off track. Before going all looney tunes on this post, I have to say Lexus really messed up with their latest LS500 and the funny interior and V6 instead of the V8. The spindle grille, no V8 and the interior dash design oh my god. When you go head to head with long time brands such as the Merc S class, BMW 7 series and Audi A8/S8 you better have 8 cylinders under the hood if not 12. People buying those cars don't care about miles per gallon , it' a status symbol or else they would be driving Toyota Corollas for a lot less money and better mpg.
But that's a whole other can of worms.

Take a walk when you feel stressed, drinking will only complicate matters.

Stress and anxiety is up for a lot of people I know, staying at home and not having a regular summer is causing people harm even if they do stay safer form catching the corona shit.

Stress leads to disease, reduce stress as much as you can, this is a known medical fact.

There are 2 types of stress, negative and positive.
I like being under good stress ie motivated. It gives me a sense of control and helps me get stuff done instead of procrastinating.
Bad stress usually rises out of a sense of lack of control and can be paralyzing. It is detrimental to health and sense of well being and can manifest in depression, anxiety, hopelessness, etc thus should be avoided.
It takes a conscious effort to keep stress in check. You can encourage positive stress by setting goals and deadlines for yourself. You can tackle negative stress by taking steps to regain control.
Accept the things you can not change. Change the things you can change. Have the wisdom to know the difference.
Meditation helps.
