Camsense having hosting problems or they went away, I can load the site in hours, any of you work with them or know what the story is.

Hi, new here
I've been a camsense affiliate for over 10 years. I have daily registration, since downtime I have no registrations anymore. I've tried to register through my affiliate link to test but got a server error, after refreshing page registration went trough, but no registration shows in my camsense account. SO I don't know if it was just server error fluke or if registrations aren't registered. Can anyone confirm if they had new registrations after downtime?

The server seemed down for a day and there fore they probably lost all sales stats for that day.

I emailed them yesterday morning and not heard back, I assume this email on their site is being read. It says "help" help@camsense.com

Me too, I tried today agin to register through my affiliate link with another creditcard and no signup shows. Also mailed them and have not heard back normally they respond the same day, So I hope they are working on it. I've had multiple daily registrations for 10 years and since the downtime not 1 registration, that can't be a coincidence

I've gotten a reply, they were doing some tech upgrades and encountered problems. They are still working on it and will make sure no registrations/sales are lost.
