My #1 resolution for 2020 is to stop drinking. My doctor tells me my liver is over active. I told him I only drink 4 some weeks 5 bottles or so of Jack Daniels a week, he said you are drinking too much, so I have one way to handle this, either nothing or I will not be able to control how much I drink.
So come January 1st 2020 I am going to make it a full 180 turn in my drinking hbits.
