You guys want to know the truth where I think the affiliate marketing industry as a whole is heading?

Has anyone seen all these Youtube ads for various courses?

Yeah there's your answer there. I think selling courses for every money making venture under the sun is the new hot thing.

Marketers are realizing they can make a heck of a lot more money by skipping the programs as the gatekeeper, and positioning themselves as an authority and selling their knowledge on a subject.

The problem is, I see a good chunk of these people have not actually succeeded with nor even done what they are selling!
For instance, all these Amazon and local business lead generation courses... half of these marketers do not show their own results, and the testimonials they show I wouldn't be surprised if they are paid actors from Fiverr.

They know a lot of people are sick of the programs/biz opps but they know people still want to make money from home. So the marketers go and make a course about whatever is hot that doesn't require recruiting.

Really been seeing it not only with Amazon, but lots of real estate especially wholesaling.

One known guru with real estate has a wholesaling course that goes all the way up to $40,000.

The reason I was inspired to make this post revealing what's going on with these "course gurus" is because I was nearly suckered into a couple, and their call closers always got offended when I asked for proof of real students or their own personal proof they actually made any money with the actual venture.

So yeah, if you have no conscious or morals you can make a killing by creating courses for what's hot even if you've never actually done it.

Yes there are stacks of "How to make money" videos out there, but ultimately you need the sales, and sales only come from in house or affiliates. My 2 cents .

It is impossible to fin any key word dot com domain to register, even dot net ones are gone. I missed out on the domain gold rush.

You can check Godaddy auctions or other sites where they resell dot com domains.
