Not being a Grinch but Christmas gets to be an expensive time of the year. Between gifts, going out, entertaining friends, I figured it will cost me at least $1200-$1,400 this year.

I did plan on keeping it at $1K but as usual I am over budget , so what will it be costing you.

When the credit card statements post in January I can answer this, not till then. But it's worth it, Christmas comes once a year and it's good to be lavish and spend on the loved ones.

I only buy Christmas gifts for the dragon, she is the mall specialist and loves to go buy for the family and friends, I just know what it cost when she tells me. One of her big things about going shopping is to show me everything she bought, and ask me what I think of the size, look, colour....

I'm like yeh it will look good on you, she'll say it's not for me but so and so lol.

If it was feasible it would be thousands m things being what they are my plan is to stay right around $300 in gifts this year.
It is the thought that counts, so have a merry Christmas and make it about love and fun not money.

It has gone past $2K so far , I bought my girlfriend a beautiful hand bag and purse she wanted. Plus the drinks, when i go drink shopping I stock up on everything I drink.
