I pick one up most of the time when I go to Costco, you can not beat the price. It tastes rather good too. You can buy the same thing at other places for double the price.

I always think of myself as not being a trash can where food that is not good gets dumped into. If it doesn't look nice, smell nice and half ass healthy I won't eat it. I enjoy eating probably why I am type 2, I can eat and not gain weight even at my age.

all food has chemicals and antibiotics(meat unless you raise and slaughter) still then you have to vaccinate your animals.

The price and convenience is perfect.I do my shopping, pick one up, go home eat and the next day I have left overs for sandwiches.
