My friend's neighbor is a fucking panhandler downtown making 70k/year playing guitar and owns his own house, but he definitely seems homeless..
Around here, most of those guys that you see at freeway exits aren't doing too bad.

Yeah, I've seen a panhandler get hit by a non-drunk driver before. He did a full flip and landed on his butt, but somehow his eye was bleeding.. He's probably fine, tho.
