words matter
If you mistakenly leave out a letter or misplace it in a word the whole word and sentence changes.
work - leave off the r
first - leave out the r
bang - leave off the g or n
loose - leave at an o
you catch my drift?

Those are innocent mistakes while typing, how about people who are plain mean and say bad things.

Your point is right. It is one thing to mispronounce or type a word incorrectly, another to be mean or degrading to a person intentionally. The former is forgivable but the latter is not.
