Confession time; last week in an argument I told my dad to go fuck himself and worse things in front of my siblings and my wife. I told him I wish he was not my dad and that his stroke last year had taken him to the grave. I was wrong I know that now we are not talking and it was not my place to even get into the argument he was having with my brother. In that argument my brother was wrong and started calling our dad words to try get then upper and in the argument. I just texted him to ask if I can have his boat this weekend he replied "Only if you make a sincere and honest appology for yourself. I take his boat a few times in the summer for the weekend.

That takes balls and shows very little maturity form your part, sorry to say it how I see it. If you know you were out of line and said that shit to your dad, how about you work on getting him to forgive you first. Jesus if my son told me 1% of that stuff it would take a long time before I forgave him.
