looking to buy a gaming computer

[viking]

What gaming computer do you recommend for under $1200. I have the monitor, mouse and key board. I need a desk top that can handle a serious beating ., some nites I play for 2-3 hours and need to have a fast machine.

I ant an Alienware pc but it's out of my budget for now.

How about a used Alienware?

How about a used Alienware?

Not just this brand which I know is good but any brand. Why spend $1200 on a used pc when you can own a new one with a warranty for the same money. This is the same as buying a used car for $30K instead of settling for a new one with no miles on it but a lesser brand. New cars last longer and have a warranty, think about it.

I built my own and it costs me $1100 works like a charm.

Alienware Aurora one of the best gaming machines for the buck. Might get me one next month when my sponsor payments land in my bank.

No one will believe me wen I say I have never played any online games. My children are another thing they play all the time and try talk me into joining them, but I prefer board games, we play Monopoly together all the time.

I have to slow down playing, I spend more time in the day playing than working.
