How is is some times when you come to pay with PayPal it let's you do an "Instant bank" pay. other times it does an "echeck" payment, other times it says ad a credit card. This is even before you click to make the transfer to the other party. I already have a credit card and bank account on the account.

It depends on how you are sending it, and who you are sending to and your past history with PP.

When I have no available funds it goes from my credit card instantly.

Just random, that Paypal Prepaid card is great if it's available where you are. I link it to my PP, instantly send money to the card from PP then spend it or withdraw like normal. The fee is like 5/month and allows overdrafting of $10 under. The only issue I've had with it, though, is that the transfer limit is $300 daily. Good option for people who want to be paid in PP but don't want to wait for bank transfers.

I take checks over paypal from my sponsors.My bank never puts a hold on a check I deposit.

The only way PP will not hold funds is to send and receive as "Friends and family" that is what i do.

I used to get payment form webcam sponsors by paypal, but I stopped using paypal, it is just too dangerous.
