why do so many individuals have trouble talking to their partners

It amazes me how bad relationships are between individuals. I joined 3 adult webmaster forums and 3 not adult forums, all i see is members on forums asking for advice about their partner aka lovers. What is so the point to being in a relationship with a person where you doubt their sincerity, commitment and trust worthiness.

I am in the same situation, is this normal doubting your partner is with you exclusively?
