What is it with reps who can not bother to respond to affiliates,isn't that their job description to help affiliates with tools an missing payments.

Sometimes reps have just as much info as affiliates have and just don't know what to say or do. Keep emailing them nicely or possibly an alternate person at the program to try. Don't yell at them on forums, though, that will just make them mad and not help you and a lot of times they won't even see it..

If a rep does not reply back the same day during business hours I never contact them again and give up promoting that sponsor.

Last few weeks I was wondering why some of the reps I deal with even had their jobs. The best one was after asking one where the pp was, the story changed to the invoice was sent to the wrong person, then it was corrected, then a few days later I was told they lost their paypal, could I provide an alternative payment method......not that the rep bothered to tell me in all that time they had lost their paypal account......one story after another to be honest. I doubt I'll ever see that money and this is one of the largest dating sites on the web.

Not into starting drama but I hope the rep was just lying and they have not lost their paypal so hundreds if not thousands of affiliates get paid.

Nothing personal Alex but I do not go for drama nor want to open myself up for problems, I am not going to name them here or off the board.
But I will say when I asked the rep (see how I intentionally avoid mentioning the gender ) I was told the new invoice was submitted to the boss for approval.

Why changing the payment method when they goofed up in the first place, then told me they had lost their paypal to give them an alternate payment method requires approval beats me. It is one of 3 things to me, they are broke and they are playing a delay tactic to pay me or incompetent.

I use the word "Incompetent"lightly because after 2 weeks any program can find a few pennies to send without all these games.

I wasn't born yesterday and after 20 years in this business I know a few things when I see it.


I will go a head start a thread without naming names and let others do their due diligence before they get burnt an exposing myself to any legal jeopardy.

Dealing with cry babies all day must take it's toll on reps. I bet most of the cry babies are not even producing a sale a day for those programs.

At a company that I used to work for, I was allowed to drop the 'complainers' if they were too much to deal with and not making any money.. lol
