So we have moved our site to Vacares.

They really ensured and managed to detect and fix all our server concerns and optimizations.

We now have a site faster than ever! We will have the opportunity to talk to you about them again soon.


New tickets system (Intercom)

As our server was down, we couln't handle the support. It's a concern we do not want to meet either.

So we have switch from a bad wordpress plugin to the Intercom Enterprise solution.

We are familiarizing ourselves with their services which are very complete.

You can now send us messages. If we are away, it will create a ticket and you'll get the answer via email. You'll be able to answer on wp-script.com or by answering to emails.

Moreover, we'll link Intercom with Twitter soon, which will allow you to ask us for help directly on Twitter in private message.

Products (v1 and v2)

I think most of our customers do not know that there are 2 versions of our products. The first version refers to products sold before November 2017. The second version corresponds to products sold from November 2017 until today.

We thought we would have to cut the old version. Fortunately the Vacares team did a great job and managed to avoid that.

How to know if you use the first version or the second? It's pretty simple. If you have installed the WP-Script Core plugin, You're using the second version. This is the current version and this is the only version with products up to date.
