how to make a WordPress tube site

Hi sponsorchat yes it's me asking another noob question. How can i turn my WordPress site into a tube style site. I want to let users upload videos and show a small thumb say 240x140 and when they click on that it goes to the larger video of that thumb.

i do not know if there are any wordpress themes that allow users to upload their own vidoes

but i am probably wrong, as i often am 99.99% of the time

wp-script had some issues that are being or are now resolved. I use their retro theme, embedder and clean tube plugin here: Sexy Sexxx. I don't have signup/upload enabled but the function is supported. Their xbiz video grabber works well too, I've used it in the past and getting ready to use it again on a new site. Hope this helps.

Let me clarify.... it's not actually an upload option. It's a submit video option. Members submit url and the submitted videos are hotlinked by you.
