Here goes another decade of talk, discussions of reversing Brexit might happen

"UK’s Burnham says he’ll consider push to rejoin EU

The British prime minister said Labour ”could go all the way“ as it mulls what’s possible a decade on from the Brexit referendum."

Do you still use pints or litres hon I thought the UK went metric on weights and measures when they went into the EU.

Nope we still use pints but only for beer. It's a weird thing we do over here. We use liters for things like milk but when it comes to pubs, we still use pints. No idea why r6d10k

A pint of beer sounds right, calling it a litre of beer sounds odd to me, there's an English pub in Santa Monica we go to once in a while called
Ye olde kings head been there for ages they have draught beer goes great with fish and chips, real nice place, you can check it out online here is their url yeoldekingshead.com

Businesses and the markets do not like instability, this is not going to help the economy.

It is how our parliamentary democracy works, the leader of the ruling party gets to pick their leader who in turn becomes prime minister.

Yeah I have to agree with you there. In America you vote for the President and the Vice President on the same ticket so if something happens to the President, you've still got someone who was elected by the people

Its a mess over here where the ruling party gets to elect whatever leader it likes and we end up with people like Liz Truss who only lasted 49 days in the job
