VW Group is shedding employees, cutting back models and doing everything possible to stay in business, they just sold the remaining 45% of Bugatti to Rimac. They as in Porsche which is part of VW group.

VW made Bugatti a real brand again after acquiring it, so credit where credit is due. Rimac ia all about electric not ice cars, so we shall see how this plays out, I have a bad feeling the v16 days of Bugatti are coming to an end.

Porsche had owned 45 percent of the Bugatti Rimac joint venture, but now has completely divested from the hypercar manufacturer."

VW closed a plant in Germany, they are doing what ever it takes to stay around. Selling brands is quick cash but in the long run they will regret it. These brands have a way of attracting buyers to showrooms where cheaper models sell. They are "Halo" cars.

When they came out they were a bargain compared to the 911's. Now they are more expensive than the 911 was back then.
