Contact form or an email address what's your choice
Is it me or do you prefer to see an email address and Teams, Telegram on a contact page over a contact form?

A name and email look more professional and personal. Generic contact forms are not my thing.

Contact forms work fine for me if they actually reply back.

An email address plus other IM methods of contact , you can make it spam proof by having it on an image and add captcha.

The only problem with public facing contact forms is that they are a magnet for bot attacks
When we last had one, I would say that around 95% of the submissions were either SQL injection attacks or spam bots

Now I get why so many bots flock to my comment pages and contact forms on the blogs. Might take out the contact form put an email address there instead.

Contact forms seem more sterile I prefer an email address, the person's name, other contact methods eg Teams,Telegram.......
