The Porsche Cayenne Turbo Electric - where is the "Turbo?"

I can not wrap my head around why Porsche calls their EV Cayene a "Turbo."

My other point is who needs 1,139 hp and 1,106 lb-ft, this is my big problem with EV's in general, they all try to out do the competition with more horse power and torque and faster 0-60 mph numbers in this instance 2.4 seconds. They put bigger and heavier batteries to achieve this goal, this particular vehicle is 5,850-pound which is insane.

See the CarandDriver article about it here https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/firs ... e-electric

You got to give it to EV's they can produce a hell of a power.
