How romantic is a prenup

How romantic is a prenup.

Take this example of "Travis Kelce ‘Fully Supports’ Taylor Swift’s ‘Ironclad’ Prenup — Insiders"
"Taylor Swift is reportedly taking no chances when it comes to protecting her massive fortune ahead of her wedding to NFL star Travis Kelce. The Grammy-winning singer is reportedly finalizing an “ironclad” prenup agreement designed to safeguard her $1.6 billion empire, and Kelce is “fully supportive” of the move."

Being poor or an average person and getting married seems so much more romantic to me, what are your thoughts.

It is practical and saves a legal battle when they divorce, you know celebs and rich people divorce all the time.

Soon the priest will say "Do you really take this woman who has not signed a prenup as your lawful wedded wife".

Interesting fact. Prenups are not recognized in the UK or Europe. There's a law that says a person cannot sign away any rights that they have under law, regardless of anything they sign

I believe its just the United States that has prenups but I could be wrong

Never knew that one. So if a couple get married in the US and move to Europe will the prenup hold at divorce?

Good question. I would guess not if they are both European residents and the divorce is going through the European legal system. I just know that over here, any prenup agreements get thrown out of court before the divorce even starts as European law says you cannot sign away your legal rights under any circumstances

It is the right thing to do if you are a very rich old guy say 80 years old about to marry some bimbo half your age, she's not marrying you because you'll be there when she is 80 years old.
Give me celebrity porn
