WTF has this world come to, we need legislation to allow us to use cash, what happened to "Cash is King" for fucks sake.

"Fetterman pushes cash payments bill with GOP colleague: 'Every American should be able to use paper currency'
Fetterman and Republican Sen. Kevin Cramer of North Dakota introduced the measure"

It's safer not to carry cash with you, why i use my credit cards and bank card nearly all the time since Covid.

A lot of businesses wouldn't accept cash during the pandemic.

The only problem with going cashless is how do you give tips ??

I often order takeaway food and I always try and give the delivery guy a tip, otherwise he'll be spitting in my onion rings next time LOL

But ive noticed, over the last couple of years, that most delivery guys aren't expecting a tip. They turn round and walk away before I have a chance. I guess that's because people don't use cash anymore and therefore don't give tips

Who ends up losing most, people working for tips, not good.

I've noticed overpriced bars going credit card only (like at Xbiz and LA Pride) and I suspect that's so the bars can mess with the server's tips.

I know a place here where the owner takes 50% of the tips according to one guy who works there. They take all types of payments including cash.
