I really do not get why people get fired or end up resigning over personal relationships

If two adults want to have a consensual personal relationship what is it to anyone else. I was waiting to see how this one would play out and quite honestly saw one or the other of the individuals being fired or resigning.

Look at this video, they look happy, they are not hurting anyone, who cares if they are married, I really do not get it, I offer another explanation what if they are good friends out together after work hours and got carried away in the moment and held each other.

To which I say make a rule where if two employees want to date they sign some disclosure and waive their rights to any harassment claims later on.

I still stand by my first post, it is no one's damn business what two adult do voluntarily whether they work at the same company or not. Whether they are married or not. These two have no reason to explain anything in my opinion, it's their life. Look at that image of them, do either of them look in distress or forced to be together, no way they seem happy. I hope they find happiness in life, whether it is together or with someone else.
