Because a lot of these so called affiliate programs are surviving week to week, they are not making money.

Plus I think a lot of sites grow up with the likes of ccbill and simply dont know any different. That was certainly true for us. We were doing something like $15k a month via ccbill until a reseller for e-merchantpay approached us and told us he could get us our own MA. That was around 15 years ago and its saved us a fortune

I've been with CCBill for 15 years and I am at the end of my tether.

They are soooo pathetic and I could swear that instead of trying to help their clients, they are working to screw us over.

I've had maybe a dozen account reps over the years, most have been pathetic and never last very long. Current one is Rita who last week decided to turn off my pay outs.... without any advice or as much as an email.

Send me through any suggestions on processors that actually care these days. And if anyone has worked with a person at CCBill who has half a brain could you let me know who?

15 years and I no longer have anything good to say about them.
