Is this common with sponsors to deduct the billing processing fee off the affiliates revshare portion?

Regading skype on our contact, well, true that we've been neglective on that point, mainly for 2 reasons :
1/ our Teams id are the same as our skype one

Which to the average person who has hot read the terms means 50% of the billing price not less billing fees and VAT if it applies.
