Is there a lot of competition I see people claiming to be Chatters all the time.

There's a lot, but most of them are fake and will just outsource the job to someone else.

Similar to how seo people operate. I hired one a few years back and he ended up getting things form another guy, in the end I said keep the money and stop screwing up my site.

I guess you just have to get lucky, there are honest candidate out there, like me hehehe
