Is Tradex the same as TE3 or am i getting confused ???

Tradex was put out by the now defunct JMBSoft

Ahh ok, now i remember. The only other one we used was ATX but it was another garbage script and they went defucnt a few years back too

The best was Tim's UCJ but he basically bailed out of AWI and the script around 2001, that thing was really good all the CJ's were using it and it retailed for $1500 bacj in the late 1990's.

I did test Slothtrader but really was not too impressed with it.

Why not get the open source to TradeX and rework that?

How many of the features in TE3 do people actually use ?? And what features would you need in a new script ?

I dont know about others but there is a lot that I never use. For example all the Anti Cheat features seem pretty irrelevant these days as bots are much cleverer. I never use any of the ratios, custom algorithms, IP lookup, Click back, Click back ratios etc

I think there is a lot that could be stripped out from any new script

He wont. Ive messaged him several time about this thread and he's just ignoring me. At the end of March 2023 they were looking for beta testers for PHP8 but since then Ive not been able to get a response from him. There is a big gap in the market here and Tradeexpert are dragging their feet because they know there is no competition for them.

All its going to take is someone with the necessary skills to develop an alternative product and price it on a monthly subscription basis and they could clean up here

How do you mean a secondary link ? Obviously you can put as many links per trade as you like in the toplist template but Im assuming that's not what you mean ?

there is no way you can trust them at this point. make the folder to the working version and move on.

How do you mean a secondary link ? Obviously you can put as many links per trade as you like in the toplist template but Im assuming that's not what you mean ?

For each trade domain you input to TE you can only have one url for each trade. You cannot add a secondary url into the description, or for each domain being traded with.

For each domain being traded with, they can't have a 2nd (secondary link) besides the page that was added for the trade.

Example: Trade-1.com/home.html (primary page) trade-1.com/other-niche-page.htm (secondary Page)

It is not possible to add more than one link to each trade. Or, is it possible to add a secondary link into a trade's description.

Of course if you code the list without using the ranking system it 'could' work, but what's the point of doing that if each trade cannot be ranked?

When editing a trade's description, you cannot add- "Trade 1 description also has 'this secondary page link', check out this site."
