Will it change anything if you stress it out,just see what your doctor tells you to do, take any meds they proscribe and live life.

It is the same diagnosis as pre-hypertention I have been there on both occasions the disease has begun.

Not so much worry because that never solves anything, what you need to do is get medical advice, research and read up on diabetes, take any pills if you are prescribed them. Diabetes will kill you instantly and over time if you let it go untreated. All the best my friend. Lived with it for nearly 20 years.
