The biggest source of stolen content is, was, and always will be search engines. Even though they are not the actual source, they aggregate all of the content from every corner of the world in one place. So in one word, Google. The good news is, they remove the stolen content when asked.

Unlike some sites who ignore and let the content remain online, good for Google.alex_delevit wrote: βJanuary 1st, 2024, 5:37 pmWe DMCA Google and they delist the content within 48 hours typically

Exactly right! Imagine how amazing it would be if everyone else played by the rules. Sure, the thieves would suffer, but everyone who actually owns the rights to their content would benefit. The only way to make this happen is mass adoption of enforcement with a platform that cannot be used for malicious or false submissions - I happen to know of such a platform

Producing good content is not cheap, stealing it might be free and easy but it is immoral and illegal.

I agree, that's why I created delevit. Unfortunately I would argue that the adult industry does not seem to care very much
For the life of me, I don't understand why the vast majority are not even trying delevit when it's offered completely for free with no strings attached.
Not some bullshit free trial that confirms you have a problem and says you need to pay to get any results. We offer REAL RESULTS for FREE, and still it's a ghost town.

Thanks for the support HeelMike
I'm going to the AVN in Vegas later this month to meet people in the industry in person. I also asked to be on the internext anti-piracy panel, Bruce (Adult Site Broker) recommended it. Hopefully that happens
I'm hopeful that more people will start enforcing their rights. With us, it's completely free forever - we only charge for things that automate the process, keep better records and save you time. Otherwise, we provide all of the resources for self enforcement, completely for free.

Hi alex want to pick your brain on this. Happy new year I write posts on my blogs and quote portions of text and link to an image from say pornhub for example, is that copyright violation. I am using Poirnhub as an example I never used their content on my blogs. Then I comment look at her body shape or in this article they say....

Sounds like what you're doing falls within fair use. I suggest reading up about fair use guidelines within copyright for details.
Also, the way the US law is written, the owner of the content must give you an opportunity to rectify the situation peacefully, by removing their copyrighted work from your website. So unless you received a copyright notice, you are not infringing.
