You know what should be a required course to graduate high school, how to plan for your retirement and old age.
They are not even teaching math and history correctly/competently~!
How are they going to teach advanced subject when high school fails at the basics?

Reading and Writing.

I know a couple of high school teachers and they tell me horror stories you would not believe. One tells me they give the kids a breakfast tray every morning, an apple, some cereals, a protein bar, milk and stuff. Most of them in his class just throw the food around. These are 14 year olds he teaches, they spend more time cussing and talking about sex with each other while he is teaching than paying attention.

The other teacher tells me some crazy shit too, the kids don;t show up for the exam or do not hand in their home work and when she calls their parents, the parents threaten her that unless she gives them a passing grade they will go to the school deal with her.

High school has changed in the past 40 years. In my day if you spoke back to the teacher he would wack you around the ears.
