Been working on volume reduction. Had valves but in to deflate the upper left lobe in April and had it redone due to leakage in August. I'm getting another CT scan in a week from now to see the results of that. If there's still leakage we'll try the right instead. Another week in ICU if that's the case. If that fails as well we'll do surgery and trim them up a little. The size of my lungs before April was 240% of normal. April's procedure brought them down to 190%. Based on how I feel, I'm thinking August was a flop as well and I'm not done yet. We'll see.

I spend a lot of time watching the tube, audio books, podcasts, etc. My mobility is limited due to my breathing issues and after being up for around 6 hours at a stretch I need a nap because I'm tuckered out. I also exercise for a couple hours a day (the sit-down variety) to keep from going all the way to hell. My brain still works, so things are good

And I talk to the dog, trying to stay on her good side. She runs the house.

I do. I still have a couple of rebillers left but it's trickling away. In June I did acquire another domain, set up a year's worth of shared hosting, got my theme and plugins lined up, just something to fiddle with and keep me engaged. Well, I ran out of steam and never put the site up. Maybe I'll get it up before it all expires, maybe not. Fuck it. I'm adjusting.
