I can think of two possible reasons, first local banking laws and second integrating all the various banks and systems.

Both your ideas seem reasonable. Paxum for example does not allow individual users in the US but business accounts are okay, this part I miss why they make the distinction.TheButcher wrote: ↑August 20th, 2022, 9:45 amI can think of two possible reasons, first local banking laws and second integrating all the various banks and systems.

I haven't had fees. The tricky part is this is directly through the banks. So if you mess up, that impacts your bank account too. At the moment, my bank will only allow transactions through a personal account instead of my business accounts. Handy for settling up on some personal stuff, but not so great for more serious stuff, so far.

I'm not sure what this is for, is it like paying a person from your bank account to their bank account?

Think of it as a service that if you need is good,if you do not need it, it is still a good service if you ever need it.
