Only stress I can think of is reading the news they make it sound as if the world is about to end one way or another. If it is not Covid-19 it will be some war, if it is neither then inflation will drive everyone to starvation, all bs.
Getting rich takes making money, saving a nickel will not make you rich if you never make the buck
