Wasn't it Brazzers or someone else who used to email members who did a trial then it expired, then the offer was a better discount than anything on their site or what affiliates could offer, then the converting sales from that weren't credited? Someone did that..

After 2 weeks of emails they finally replied I am not getting paid even after letting them know I will no longer promote their program, they are sitting on my $204.35 earning and refusing to send it to me until I reach the minimum payout of $250.

What would you do.

If they're going broke they will play all these TOS lines not to pay

Fighting with another sponsor who has a $200 minimum for payments and will not send my $187, they used to convert for me at 1 in 600 they slowly went to 1 in 2000 so i pulled their links. May be I will name them here next week since their rep is here.

As I said in another thread just now, lick your wounds, stop wasting your time, move on.Chasing sponsor payments when they are broke is a waste of time and effort.
