First, money is not the solution.
Two rank is not the priority!
Three 5-10 keywords is a ridiculously LOW goal!
Four trading links is very important in the ranking process, WTF!

I charge a minimum of $1500 to review a site and tell people what bullshit they are and are NOT doing for their SEO. Most then or have read the first page of GOOGLE and do not believe my results. The others are or many of the other are in my list of millionaire clients and friends.

Why aren't you trading links? That's the #1 way to rank higher and always will be (assuming you do it right) and just spending money won't always be better, and doesn't always work.

Colmike7 is on the right track here. I do not agree that trading links is #1, but I suck at trading links so what do I know. I do know that sites that have more links coming in have more traffic and a higher rank.

Technically, you could do it all yourself and not spend a dime.
That is how I started out.

However, 100 people being paid to do what you could do alone, is much better than you doing it alone or not at all.

Why put a limit on your budget?

SEO is ongoing and can be more time consuming and expensive than purchasing clicks. Unless you hire someone like me to tell you how to do it.
