Not really, cause not like I am going to get to keep it all.

So far from my research I will end up paying in over half the money to taxes.
Capital gains, last time I looked for $1 million i 35% federal and 25% for my state.
Means I get $400k. That is not really that much money anymore.
a small 3-4 bedroom house is $100k in a shitty neighborhood where I currently live. Where I would like to live (for a school for my 10 year old) the houses are near $500k.
Bam! money gone. Then you have to pay property taxes each year.

Of course I am doing more research and interviewing tax people. You would be amazed at the number to tax people that just don't know the answer Or are rude and say after you get the million call back.

The tax people that deal with that kind of money are not interested in you until you have it. Kinda like most people.

Hundreds of thousands are easier to deal with as the taxes are just so much less and more professionals are experienced with that amount of income.

Next time you hear someone say "the RICH don't pay their share", tell that person to shut the fuck up. Rich people pay a much HIGHER % in taxes and to the tax attorneys.

I do hope I can deal with the money wisely and can set my self up to be comfortable for the rest of my life. BTW, my favorite car is my 2001 Toyota Echo. I thought by a Porsche or buy an economy car. What would you ask for subdomains?

I think I want $20 per year and plan to offer a very small and slow WP hosting package with the $20. With upgrades available of course.
I have a long list of upgrades to go with the subdomains. as mentioned before subdomains include mention on NUDE.com with as many links as your site deserves.
