Are you in the EU? Cookie notice isn't enough to cover your ass for GDRP. You need to do a little more than that. Has the law been expanded for the cookie notice? Do I need to do this shit now being located in the US or are you guys fucking with this in hopes of satisfying GDRP?

If there's been a change in the laws (cookies, not the GDRP) that US webmasters need to heed please post and share the knowledge!!!

Just another annoyance for the surfer. I try not to annoy them unless necessary. It won't save your ass from GDRP which can reach you in the US. At a minimum you can get your sites blocked in the EU for non-compliance. What you should be working on is your privacy policy if you want to play it safe.
