This was the worst of all 3 I have had,1st 4 days were horrible then 3 days were not so hard on me.Today I can get on with my life. I think every time you get it your body gets damaged screw this you build immunity stuff.

approx 2 months now, not counting 3 instances of hanging out with friends. i like having fun just as much as the next guy, but day in day out abuse is just not for me anymore. it's like an old acquentance of mine who's been clean and sober for 5 years now told me few months ago: where do you go from here?... and he's absolutely right, there's nowhere to go but downhill.

and another good old friend of mine told me 2 months ago: we've all had enough but you took it to the extreme...

anyway, god bless, it's good to be alive!
