When you have nukes you will not lose a war my friend, I said this about Russia and Ukraine, if you get desperate or think your country is about to lose those nukes will be used. I doubt any one wants to use one but when push comes to shove and you are about to lose then it will be used. I hope not but I see it that way.

There are a couple things to keep in mind, president Trump ran on and is really sincere in not wanting wars. The second point he went to the Gulf states made some huge deals worth trillions of dollars, I am not sure how those Arab countries will be happy with the US actively getting into a war against another Muslim country. He might carry on providing intelligence, weapons, political and diplomatic support without bombing Iran. Time will tell.

It's worth noting that whats happening in Israel and Iran right now was predicted back in 2018 when Trump withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal. Under the terms of that deal, Iran agreed to dismantle its nuclear program and open itself up to regular international inspections in return for billions in sanctions relief. Trump pulled the US out of the deal in 2018 leaving the other signatories (China, Russia, UK, France and Germany) scrambling to keep it going.

Like him or not Obama got the JCPOA deal in place, it was by all accounts working. I'm going on what has been reported by many news sites and even the IAEA inspectors. Come along Donald Trump he withdraws form it and hello we have this situation. Funny thing is he is trying to get a deal in place that was already agreed to and being verified. All we have now is a war.

You have to wonder how much of this is Iran pushing ahead with its nuclear weapons program and how much of it is Netanyahu trying to hold onto power because he knows that, once the war is over he is out and possibly tried as a war criminal. It's beginning to sound a bit like the case for WMDs in Iraq.
