The lawsuit against OnlyFans by two men, M. Brunner and J. Fry, has progressed to the point where a judge has ordered the case to go to trial in 2027. The men claim they were defrauded because they believed they were communicating with OnlyFans creators directly, but were actually interacting with third-party services or employees.
