No. Nukes really don't have much bearing in modern warfare except to dissuade someone from attacking you (hence why Iran is so desperate to build one) but everybody knows that crossing that line will turn the entire world against you. Putin keeps threatening nukes but he knows that if he presses that button, the Kremlin will very swiftly be turned into a parking lot

I respectfully disagree, if they get to that point they will go nuclear. No major nuclear power will lose face and just fold up leave a war they started, hint hint Trump and Netanyahu 2 leaders with nukes who attacked Iran.

The president blames Zelensky for not settling the war many times and wants Ukraine to get a new leader and make a deal.

Zelensky and the rest of NATO is NOT happy with Trump.

Congress passed TWO laws forbidding the importing of Russian oil until the war with Ukraine ends. Trump himself even pressured Europe to stop buying Russian oil but now he has completely ignored that law and signed a deal with Russia himself.....and NOT to reduce the price of diesel. The minimal amount he is importing from Russia won't make any difference to the price of diesel. He is doing it simply to try and win votes before the mid terms

NATO will never trust the United States whilst Trump is in office

Big win for Trump getting the war to end. 34ddww nice going.

"Donald Trump has said Russia and Ukraine have agreed to an "energy ceasefire" in the war between the two nations.
The US president provided few details, aside from it being "effective immediately". Neither Kyiv nor Moscow have so far commented. The BBC has asked the White House for more details.
Trump has been urging Ukraine to cease strikes on Russian oil infrastructure - which Kyiv says are vital to curtailing revenue for Moscow's war machine - so it can fulfil a recently-struck deal to release diesel to the US and the global market.
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said earlier on Sunday that he was willing to halt the strikes if Russia ceased targeting Ukrainian energy infrastructure, attacks which have been intensifying ahead of winter.

Trump is maneuvering so he can blame Zelensky for the high fuel prices come the mid terms. The deal he signed with Russia is a drop in the ocean and wont do anything for fuel prices......but if it doesn't happen you can bet he will be blaming it all on Zelensky

Im betting this cease fire won't last a week and Trump knows it. He's planing for it to break down to try and get him off the hook for his disastrous war

" The relationship between Ukraine and the United States is facing increasing strain over intelligence sharing, sanctions, Ukrainian attacks on Russian energy and the path to peace.

There also appears to be deepening mutual distrust between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky.

Trump on Monday accused Zelensky of not knowing what he was talking about and suggested it was “time for somebody else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine.” "

He might be right may be it is time for Ukraine to have elections find a new leader who can make peace.

If anybody should be having free and fair elections, its Putin. He has murdered all his opponents and yet Trump is happy to take his side

Also, if there was elections in Ukraine, Zelensky would easily win. His approval rating has actually gone up (to around 67%) since Trump made his fuel deal with Putin. Contrast that with Trump's own approval rating currently in the low 30's

I said this from day one and still stand by it, Ukraine will sign unconditional surrender and capitulation is now months away. Ukraine will do what Russia tells it to do. Even Trump has come to that conclusion. This was all for nothing Ukraine could have kept it's borders and millions of people alive had it not tried to be a smart ass and gone along with the Minsk 1 and 2 agreements it signed up to. You never fuck with a nuclear power period. In the event that nuclear power faces eminent defeat it will use the nukes, but Russia never used more than 5% of it's mililtary capabilities. Guess who has the most nukes in the world. I rest my case. I feel sorry for all the innocent people on both sides who died for Zelensky's misadventure, he got played like a fool.
