I took my car in for a scheduled service and have one thing to say, I have this bad habit of checking the oil on my car when I pick it up from an oil change and yesterday probably saved me burning the engine of my car, the thing was just under a quart low. I called the service department and told them, they said you could have brought it back we would have topped it up, no sorry no excuses.
Moral of this story is check your oil level any time you get an oil change.
Peace

Change for the sake of change can be really dumb at times. I like the old fashion way, pull out the dipstick look at the colour of the oil, level and viscosity. These new electronic oil level gauges tick me off. Just as these screens where you have to waste time and go though a few scrolls to change the fan speed or seat heater settings. Old school knobs and buttons work much better.

Wait until those electronic screens start malfunctioning and the car is out of warranty.TheButcher wrote: ↑June 20th, 2023, 8:15 amChange for the sake of change can be really dumb at times.
